Bentley Motors was founded by Walter Owen Bentley, a born engineer with his first real experience coming with trains as opposed to automobiles. Throughout his career in working with trains, he continued to be fascinated with the possibilities surrounding automobiles and superior levels of innovation. As his passion for autos grew deeper, so too did the company's financial hardships. In 1931 though, Rolls-Royce stepped in and saved the Bentley name, and the new generation of Bentley Motors began. Today, Bentley remains proud of its heritage, while drawing inspiration from the past. It is the constant effort of Bentley Motors to provide the highest quality vehicle at all times to their customers. While the least expensive Bentley Model starts at more than 150-thousand dollars, it is still hard not to be impressed with the vehicles that Bentley produces. |
